The starting point
A growing U.S. trade-and-supply distributor wanted to expand its purchasing, finance, and customer service teams — without ballooning payroll. With local salaries at $4,000–$5,000 per role per month, scaling up onshore wasn’t sustainable.
What we built
ADBM filled nine key offshore roles, each selected for skill, reliability, and long-term fit, and backed by performance data: two purchasing assistants, two customer service and fulfillment specialists, three accounts payable specialists, and two accounts receivable specialists.
The result
The back office now runs smoother, faster, and at significantly lower cost — roughly $232K in offshore payroll against an estimated $609K domestic equivalent, about 62% lower. Order and payment cycles shortened, cash flow and client satisfaction improved, and the U.S. team took on new accounts instead of daily admin.
