The ADBM assessment

Great teams start with alignment.

15 traits. 8 personas. One smarter way to hire. Our proprietary behavioral assessment profiles every candidate for fit and performance before they join your team — so you stop guessing and start hiring with confidence.

Included free with every client we onboard. It's not a feature — it's how we work.

Résumés show experience. Interviews show personality. Neither shows how someone will actually think, lead, and collaborate on your team — or how they'll perform when the work gets hard. Our assessment does, and it's how we reduce costly mismatches before they happen.

Part 1 · Personality

15 traits → 8 personas

A word-based exercise maps each candidate across 15 behavioral dimensions and matches them to one of eight predictive workplace personas — not generic labels, but a picture of how they'll work with your team.

Part 2 · Resolve

Performance under pressure

Twenty-four real workplace situations reveal how someone performs when things get complex, unclear, or difficult — scored across four pillars into one overall RESOLVE score. It's about action, not just preference.

How it works

From a quick exercise to a hiring decision you trust

01

Word-based reflection

The candidate chooses 3 of 12 words that best describe them across 15 behavioral categories — quick, but revealing.

02

Behavioral mapping

Those choices place them on 15 spectrums (Fast-Paced ⇄ Steady, Strategic ⇄ Tactical, and more) to build a unique 15-dimension profile.

03

Persona match

The profile maps to one of 8 workplace personas — a predictive picture of how they think, lead, and collaborate.

04

Resolve under pressure

24 real workplace situations, each scored 1–5, produce a score across the four Resolve pillars and one overall RESOLVE score — how they actually perform, not just how they prefer to work.

FAQ

Assessment — common questions

What is the ADBM assessment?+

A proprietary two-part behavioral assessment — a 15-trait, 8-persona personality profile plus the Resolve situational assessment — that we run on candidates before they join your team, so you hire for fit and performance, not just résumé.

How is this different from a personality test?+

The personality half maps how someone prefers to work; the Resolve half measures how they actually perform when things get complex, unclear, or difficult. It is about action and outcomes, not just traits.

What do we receive?+

A clear, role-aligned report: the persona overview, the 15-dimension behavioral map, team-fit and communication guidance, and Resolve scores across four pillars plus an overall RESOLVE score.

How much does it cost?+

It is included for every client we onboard at no additional cost. It is not an add-on — it is part of how we build teams.

See it on a current candidate — or your existing team

No commitment. Just clarity. We'll walk you through a sample so you can see exactly what you'd get.
